Spirituality is for me a way of thinking, a particular regard on life more than everything else. It is the ability to see everything from the level of our spirit. We are multidimentional beings. We are physical, mental, emotional, sexual, spiritual....all that in the same time. And none of these aspects is more important than another one.

Some people think that it is more rewarding to be a spiritualist than to be a materialist. My sense of balance and my experience tell me that none of these attitudes must be privileged. Eastern civilizations have privileged spirituality and this attitude leaded them to unbalance, western civilizations have priveleged materiality and this attitude leaded them to unbalance as well!

I believe that earth experience is about expressing spirit in flesh to the greatest degree possible HERE and NOW and to learn to love and accept ourselves UNCONDITIONALLY.

We are all unlimited spirits facing some limits :o).
